Consultation with a board certified nurse practitioner for the diagnosis, treatment, and prescription for minor illnesses or injuries. After the consultation providers can order labs, urine testing, x-rays or ultrasound imaging studies if needed.

Weight Loss
Medical weight loss plan with prescription weight loss medications that are supervised by board certified medical providers. Semaglutide is an FDA approved medication that is highly effective and safe for weight loss. Program is generally 16 weeks.
Initial Consultation Includes: $99

It includes complete blood count (CBC), complete metabolic panel (CMP) cholesterol testing (LDL, HDL, triglycerides, cholesterol, and VLDL) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP, HS). Monitoring cholesterol panels and CRP, HS levels helps identify any inflammation or clogging of the arteries, which can contribute to atherosclerosis and heart attacks.

Package focuses on diabetes management and overall detection of complications related to elevated blood sugar levels. This package includes: hemoglobin A1c levels, complete metabolic panel (CMP), and cholesterol panel (LDL, HDL, triglycerides, cholesterol, and VLDL).
A1c provides long-term average of blood sugar levels and is useful for both diagnosing and managing diabetes. CMP provides insights to overall health including potential complications from diabetes such as abnormal kidney functions. This also looks at overall metabolism and liver functions. Cholesterol monitoring provides insight into risks of heart attacks, diseases of the blood vessels, and risks of strokes. Through regular monitoring of these levels we can optimize diabetes control.

We will discuss your lab results after to create a medical plan that is specific to you.
